To understand what Rugby School Hanoi will represent, we believe it is important to experience the school in person.
As we prepare for our opening, visits are offered in a considered and structured way. These occasions are designed to provide clarity on the school’s educational direction, its development, and the community it seeks to build.
Open days
We host Open Days on a monthly basis for families considering joining the school in its founding years.
These gatherings are intentionally small in scale. They offer an opportunity to understand the thinking behind Rugby School Hanoi, including its academic approach, its ethos, and its longer-term vision.
At this stage, Open Days focus on introducing the Rugby School philosophy and how it is being established in Hanoi. As the school develops, families will have increasing opportunities to meet the full academic leadership and wider teaching community.
Attendance is limited, and we encourage early registration.
What to expect
Open Days are designed to be clear, focused, and informative.
Your visit will begin with an introduction to Rugby School Hanoi, including the heritage of Rugby School and the principles that shape its educational approach. You will gain an understanding of the curriculum, the structure of the school, and the experience we are creating for pupils from the earliest years.
This will be followed by a guided walkthrough of the campus environment. As the school is currently under development, the visit will focus on helping families understand the layout, the design intent, and how the spaces will support teaching and learning.
There will be time for discussion throughout, allowing you to ask questions and explore whether the school may be the right fit for your family.
In addition to Open Days, we offer individual visits for families who would prefer a more personal introduction.
All visits are arranged by appointment. This allows us to ensure that each family has sufficient time and attention, and that visits can be conducted safely and appropriately during the development of the campus.
A typical visit includes a guided introduction to the school’s vision, curriculum, and admissions process, along with time for discussion.
While access to certain areas may be limited during this period, these visits are designed to provide a clear and thoughtful understanding of what the school will become.

During this period, visits are necessarily more structured than in a fully operational school. We are grateful for your understanding, and we aim to ensure that each visit remains informative and worthwhile.
As the school approaches opening, the nature of visits will evolve.
Families will have opportunities to meet the academic leadership team, to experience the school in operation, and to gain a deeper sense of daily life at Rugby School Hanoi.
For now, these early visits offer something distinct: a chance to understand the school at its beginning, and to be part of its development from the outset.
